• One Account: Ek person sirf ek account bana sakta hai

Account create karte waqt aapko accurate information deni hogi:

• Ek mobile number se sirf ek account allowed hai
• Account share karna ya transfer karna prohibited hai
• Apna password secure rakhna aapki responsibility hai
• Suspicious activity immediately report karein
• KYC verification withdraw karne se pehle mandatory hai

4. 🃏 Gameplay Rules

Rummy Nabob ek skill-based game hai jahan fair play mandatory hai:

• Sabhi games certified Random Number Generator (RNG) use karte hain
• Collusion ya team play bilkul allowed nahi hai
• Software bugs ya glitches ko exploit karna ban ke liye kaafi hai
• Multiple devices se ek saath same table par khel nahi sakte

Hum aapka account terminate kar sakte hain agar:

• Aap Terms of Service violate karo
• Fraudulent activity detect ho
• KYC verification fail ho
• Aap khud account close karna chahein

Termination case mein aapki legitimate winnings 30 din ke andar aapke bank account mein return ki jayengi (after verification).

9. ⚖️ Liability Limitation

Rummy Nabob neeche diye gaye cases mein liable nahi hoga:

• Internet connection issues se game disconnect hona
• Third-party payment failures
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, server outages)
• User ki negligence se account compromise hona

Yeh Terms of Service India ke laws ke under governed hain. Koi bhi dispute Mumbai, Maharashtra ki courts mein settle kiya jayega.
